Frequently asked questions

Straight answers on fuel, overtime, deposits and cancellations. If your question isn't here, just ask.

Price and payment

Who pays for fuel?
The customer. Cars are handed over with a full tank and should come back the same — or we deduct the difference at pump rate. Nothing extra on top.
What counts as overtime?
Anything beyond the daily included hours and kilometres. It's Rs 400 per extra hour and Rs 40 per extra kilometre, and we tell you the running total rather than surprising you at the end.
How do I pay?
A 50% advance to confirm, by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. The balance on completion, in cash or by transfer. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly instead.
Is there a discount for longer bookings?
Yes. Discounts start beyond 7 days, and past 30 days the corporate rate applies, which is noticeably lower. Tell us your duration and we'll send the exact figure.

Booking and cancellation

How do I cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and the advance is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours we retain 50% to cover the driver's blocked day.
How far in advance should I book?
A day's notice is usually enough, and same-day is often possible. For wedding season and Eid, book two weeks ahead — the fleet fills up quickly then.
Do you do airport pickups at odd hours?
Yes — 3am landings included. Share your flight number and we track it, so a delayed flight doesn't mean a missed pickup.

Self-drive

What do I need for self-drive?
Original CNIC plus a copy, a valid driving licence held at least two years, one local reference, and a refundable deposit of Rs 25,000–100,000 depending on the car. Minimum age is 25.
When do I get the deposit back?
The same day you return the car, once it's been checked over. If there's no damage or traffic fine, you get the full amount. If anything is deducted we send you a photo and an explanation first.
Is every car available for self-drive?
No. Economy, sedan and the smaller van are offered self-drive. SUVs, the Hiace and luxury cars go out with a driver only. It's marked against each car on the fleet page.

On the road

Can I take the car to Northern Areas?
Yes, with prior permission. Hilly routes are quoted separately and we'll recommend a suitable vehicle — small hatchbacks aren't allowed past certain points for safety reasons.
What if the car breaks down?
Call us and we arrange recovery. If it can't be fixed quickly, you get a replacement car and the lost time isn't charged to you.
What happens in an accident?
Check everyone is alright first, then call us straight away. The cars are insured. On self-drive there's a fixed excess payable by the customer under the policy terms, and we put that figure in writing at booking.
Does the driver stay overnight on long trips?
Yes. On intercity and tour bookings the driver stays with you. His meals and accommodation are billed at actual cost to the customer — usually a modest amount, and we give you an estimate upfront.
